BuildVaro provides job management, quoting, invoicing, and materials price comparison tools for contractors and related businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
BuildVaro offers free and paid ("Pro") subscription tiers. Paid features and pricing are described within the product. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use BuildVaro for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
You retain ownership of the job, quote, invoice, and template data you create. You grant BuildVaro a license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using BuildVaro and request account deletion at any time.
BuildVaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of materials pricing data, which is sourced from third parties and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildVaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BuildVaro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
